You must be thinking what kind of weird blog post title that is.
You’ll know why in a short bit.
I organised a little outing for The Tiramisu Hero people!
It was the first time we head out together as a “company outing” so I was quite excited.
We went to Casuarina Curry located at Thomson Road!
The folks over there are really friendly.
Our adorable Melissa Sim.
Did I mention that she just graduated with a Masters in Camwhoring? :p
And Aunt Patsy looked ravishing in this picture!
If you are thinking that it is just a regular prata lunch, then you are absolutely wrong.
We are there to.. MAKE PRATA!
This following picture accurately depicts the level of excitement among the aunties. Haha!
Casuarina Curry is currently having a Prata Making Workshop and with just $15,
participants will each get to have a crash course on prata making (mainly the flipping part)
and enjoy lunch at Casuarina Curry.
And with lunch, I meant unlimited prata. Hahaha! Unlimited OK!
We nominated Aunty Susan to be the first student because it made most sense since she is an experience baker.
Not like prata requires baking but we were just trying to find excuse to ‘saboh’ somebody. :p
Our teacher of the day was Mr Babu.
He is very friendly and extremely showy with his prata flipping/waving/throwing skills
whenever the camera is on him.
Hahaha! Quite funny.
This next picture tickles me because the aunty (especially my Mom, she is very drama) onlookers are all
having funny hand gestures in an attempt to mimic the prata flipping motion.
The younger ones were fascinated! Seriously, it looks easy but it is VERY DIFFICULT!
Rachel (rightmost) previously wanted to be the prata chef at our next Hero outlet, The Prata Hero.
I think now she decided that she would continue working as a waitress at The Tiramisu Hero. Haha!
Here’s QQ with her prata in the making! Don’t look down on the hole on the prata ok?
It is an achievement for us to make a prata to only have one hole. :p
Rachel with her award-winning prata doughball.
And cooking oil-moisturised hands.
2 of my many chio Heroines – Natally and Melissa.
Melissa is Miss CLEO Star 2013 ok? Still single and available.
Interested hot blooded boys please drop me an email. Need to pass my QC first before they can date our A&F model.
Hahahaha! Peggy Mamasan.
And yes there are no picture of myself since everyone’s hands are all oily.
But of course, I had a go at the prata flipping too and apparently,
I did well enough to enter the kitchen to cook the prata I made!
Here’s a video taken by Aunt Donna. Do enjoy the commentary by the rest of them, it’s quite funny!
A couple of us went on for Part II at Timbre @ Art House.
Told them that it was Raynald’s birthday and he got called up to stage to perform a song. Wee!
And some random picture I took over last weekend. 😡
Whole day just forcing A to take pictures with me.
I also went to get some kickass killer heels from Kandee!
They originated from the UK and their flagship store in Asia is right here in Mandarin Gallery.
How can I miss the chance? I totally dig their studded heels!
TO.DIE.FOR.
Loving my tiny bag.
Since I’ve gotten this bag, A hasn’t had the chance to put her stuff in my bag when we head out.
Hahahaha!
And now, look at this! SUPER PRETTY!
They have some with crystals too!
I was really attracted to this pair because of the yellow heels! The black is matt too! So me!
The colour just makes me really happy.
But it was a little too high for me so I settled for another pair with platforms instead.
I have absolutely no idea how I walked with 4″/5″ heels back in those New Face/MSU days!
Makes my banana legs look longer! :p
OH I LOVE YOU!
After shoe shopping, lunch was at Ippudo!
HAPPY DAY! ❤
hi, where did you get the studded bag from? it’s pretty! 🙂

Hello!
I love reading your blog! 😀
And I really can’t wait to visit The Tiramisu Hero soon!
Thought I could introduced a cafe to you (one that I came across & been wanting to go but haven’t had the chance to) and maybe you could do a post on the place? 😀
Crossings Cafe
55 Waterloo Street #01-01, Singapore 187954
Cheers! x
I think it’s quite a cool place because all proceeds from the cafe goes to charity.
