A and I finally made it to Barcelona! We heard so much about this place – the petty thieves, the gorgeous beaches, the friendly people, the glorious food… And indeed, this place lived up to expectations and we fell in love with Barcelona the moment we set foot on it! After dumping our rucksacks in our apartment at La Rambla, we headed out to Bar Lobo which is just round the corner. The host at our apartment raved about this place, saying it’s one of the best cafes in Barcelona and we were so excited about it! The Spanish are so friendly and the service here was so good! Very impressed. And of course, the food was absolutely fantastic (and probably the best we had throughout our stay in Barcelona). Tapas and Paella for lunch! We stayed in the heart of the city near La Rambla and the experience was really good! It’s convenient to travel around from here, and it’s near the metro station too.
