Hokkaido Fresh Milk

Flown in FRESH from Hokkaido dairy farms, Hokkaido Fresh Milk is impossibly fresh and
I can totally taste it with every sip!

I have tried fresh milk from various brands when we were picking a suitable brand for the café.
I always thought I know fresh milk very well (plus I like to drink milk lah!),
but Hokkaido Fresh Milk is really different from what I’ve tried before because it is SO very light but creamy!

Hokkaido Fresh Milk is synonymous with freshness and quality.
They make up 52% of the total dairy volume in Japan and are self-sufficient;
producing and supplying most food items for themselves.
Each and every cow has their physical condition checked daily, has spacious resting area,
are fed the best mix of coarse feed and they are only milked during their prime years.

I don’t know about you, but knowing such information about where my food come from really gives me a peace of mind!
The quality of milk is akin to the quality of care the cows’ experience.
And knowing that the cows are cared in a calm environment and given good nourishment,
it is no surprise that the milk is of such good quality!

Hokkaido Fresh Milk tastes good on its own but sometimes good things are meant to be shared!
I’ve decided to put the milk to the test by pairing it with my favourite cereal,
putting it into my favourite waffle mix recipe, and having it with espresso!

The milk did super well with my favourite cereal because of how ridiculously fresh and light it is!
I had some fresh milk from another brand at home during the time the blog post was done,
so I did a blind test with A and a few other family members.
Everyone said the Hokkaido Fresh Milk was better. Heh!

I also did a small batch of waffle mix with Hokkaido Fresh Milk and the outcome was absolutely delicious waffles too!

Hokkaido Fresh Milk tastes good no matter if it’s on its own or when paired with other food, or used in recipes.
But what surprises me the most is how it perfected my daily drink – the caffe latte!

The milk froths SO well and it is much easier to froth compared to other fresh milk,
maybe because it’s creamy but yet light! With my usual frothing “skills”,
I even managed to get good froth to do my very own 3D latte art!

(Sorry ah, my Mom photobomb me)

Hokkaido Fresh Milk is premium but the price is super value for money!
Available at most Fair Price Finest, Hokkaido Fresh Milk is only available at $6.45 per 1 litre pack.
To have a taste of freshness, go grab a carton now and you’ll know what I’m saying! 🙂
