Sunday’s dinner was at the cute little Le’toile Cafe at Owen Road!
A and I had been hungry the whole day because we were busy doing our work and missed all our meals,
and we were really looking forward to check out this cafe we heard about.
It was really nice to know that the cafe opens until as late as 10pm too.
Here are some pictures of the cafe. I love the building the cafe is located in!
So cute!
It is a really quiet area so this would be a great place for people who want to get away from the bustling town area.
The Japanese/French style cafe looks really welcoming with a small area near the main entrance
that carries cute accessories and other merchandise.
It is a 2 storey cafe and there are quite a lot of tables around.
I like how almost all the tables in this cafe are different!
Very cosy place, and there are a lot of books and magazines littered all around for patrons too.
We picked a seat on level 2 and I love the decor on the 2nd storey!
I felt as if I just stepped into a friend’s home – old school coffee table with dragon carvings,
sewing machine tables, and dressing table as the server’s station.
Cute!
I like the old school sofa set!
My satchel looks good on the orange prints. Heh!
I used my charm bracelet as a bag charm too! ❤
The menu is all handwritten!
I read in some forums that they used to only serve sandwiches,
but I think they just added in some new stuff into their menu!
Lots of pasta to choose from amongst others.
I had a Lemon Ginger Tea and A had an iced latte.
I enjoyed my pot of tea but A thought the coffee was just meh.
Here is what we ordered.
We expected the food to be better but it was just pretty average.
That said, I think this place is great for gathering with friends for tea and some quick bites!
The place was really conducive and cosy, service staff were friendly and attentive too.
Here are some details about Le’toile is you want to check them out too!

A and I are starting a new venture called The Tiramisu Hero together.
Some of you might already know that we are huge foodies and enjoy baking and cooking together.
We are very proud of our tiramisu recipe and have been getting good reviews from our family and friends,
so we thought we would make some tiramisu for other tiramisu-loving friends too!
It has been really fun making tiramisu, feeding our friends & drawing all the doodles on our website so far.
Here is a sneak peek of what’s in store!
The website would be officially launched on 6th August, Monday.
For now, you can check out The Tiramisu Hero Facebook Page for pictures.
It is our first time doing something together.
We hope to spread the love and let people who love tiramisu try out our recipe so please SUPPORT OK!

We will be posting more updates about the website soon.
