Chillax

It has been quite a chillax week for me so far – meeting up with friends, finding new cafes to hang out in.
I like. πŸ™‚
But before I start on the two cafes I visited, here is Bacchus, Bert and me playing lovey dovey!

The two cafes I visited were Loysel’s Toy and Chillax!

A and I met up with Jayne yesterday to check out Loysel’s Toy at Kampong Bugis.
We were there at about 4pm and sadly weren’t in time order anything from their food menu.
The place is quite cute though! Simple and clean looking.
It’s really windy and spacious, so quite a perfect place to sit and just slack the afternoon away.

I was also decked in my new leather tee from Bows And Feathers!
Super comfortable to be in!

Vernon and Jayne also recommended A to this new cafe at Serangoon Gardens.
It’s really near A’s house so we visited the very next day!
Lianie was coming over to A’s place to hang out, so we had dinner together at Chillax.

The decor in Chillax is modern vintage, so it’s kinda up my alley.
The cafe is also founded by radio presenter, Darren Wee.
I love the many small knick knacks that reminds me of my childhood days too! πŸ™‚

I have to say that the service there is really good.
The servers were attentive and attended to us promptly throughout the night.
Two thumbs up!

The food was really good too. Our favourite was the truffle fries!

  3. Brought my gf to Chillax, and we both loved the food there… and the cold yuzu drink there was amazing. But what really impressed us was the service, which was really attentive and prompt! Will check out wimbly lu some time, chocolates is one of my gf’s fav!
