The first song I heard from this album is the track called Calendar Girl. After hearing that this Indie band has many other songs that is worth a listen, I checked out their third album named “Set Yourself On Fire” and I was blown away! The songs in the album is all about love and life. Pretty much brings us through the different stages of life and of a relationship. Here are some of the songs that I particularly love. “Your Ex-Lover is Dead” is about meeting an ex-lover again after a long time. I like how they described every emotion through small details. Thursday afternoon. Scorching hot sun. The fly hovers around aimlessly. I am in my room. The bright blue rug that I once loved has been rolled up and tucked in a corner. My room smells of sleep, Maliboo and cigarettes. My table is messy with useless vouchers, receipts, an unused fork and stickers I use to decorate my polaroids. My Ukulele

Sorry that I’ve been gone for the last few days! I hope you guys liked the previous entry about my skincare regime. For today, I’m super excited because I am going to introduce a very new soulmate of mine. It’s a SHE and she has an hourglass figure. She has a nice brown complexion and has a long slender neck. She originates from Hawaii and her name is Wah Pen Pen! HAHAHAHA. I know I know. You’re probably scratching your head now because you don’t know what on earth I’m rattling on and on about. To spare you the misery, here is story about how I met my soulmate! This is where I got my soulmate from. OK LAH! Wah Pen Pen is a Ukulele. I have always been intrigued about the sounds of an Ukulele after watching videos by Jake Shimabukuro on Youtube. And of course, the Ukulele is incredibly cute too!
